My Father-in-Law took me on a memorable trip to visit the Ludwig factory in Monroe, NC during our short break between SXSW and our tour with The Mountain Goats. I had never visited a drum factory before, and got a chance to fully understand the process of drum making. What a total mind blow! Thanks to the most famous name on drums and percussion for the great tour! Too bad we couldn’t find Ringo….next time.
